MY STORY

Hi, I’m Natalie

I’m a female trainer, pilates and DEEPWORK instructor and BSc Nutritionist. After years of doing unenjoyable workouts without seeing results, I decided to make a change. I started doing home workouts and focused on eating foods that made me feel GREAT. After just a few weeks, my body, energy, skin, and mood all changed for the better. I felt like a new person.

I knew I wasn’t alone in feeling this way, so I created an exclusive platform for all the girlies who want to take their fitness, wellness and nutrition to the NEXT LEVEL. I live for this community every single day, sharing the most effective routines, tips and daily motivation. I am so excited to have you here and can't wait to see your SAVAGE transformation!

MY MISSION

Unleashing your inner strength

Can I be honest for a second? I've always been drawn to fitness, but this interest wasn’t always inspired by love and positivity. Like so many women, I used to exercise because I felt guilty about my body, constantly chasing a sense of worthiness.

But as I connected with more women, I realised I wasn't alone in this struggle. I was tired of feeling drained and stressed and constantly comparing myself to others, so I decided to change the game.

Now, I’m on a mission to redefine fitness for women. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on empowerment from the inside out. That means no more toxic fitness. No more diet culture. No more negative self-talk. I’m here to help you embrace your unique journey, find balance and feel confident in your skin.

MY JOURNEY

From sluggish to SAVAGE

Tired of feeling rubbish, I swapped boring gym sets for at-home workouts. I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way, so I started sharing my workouts on Instagram. This small change marked the beginning of this crazy journey!

Hello, YouTube!

People liked my chatty but no-nonsense style, so I posted some videos to YouTube. I found purpose and enjoyment in sharing my tips and guidance, but there was still a missing piece — food!

The power of food

I knew what I ate had the power to change how I felt, but I wanted to understand why. I decided to pursue a degree in nutrition, learning more about nutrition, women’s health and hormones.

I launched an app

Three years into my journey, I launched my app, Lean & Savage. I poured everything I’d learnt into my app and started posting more challenges, focusing on intentional low-intensity workouts.

Becoming SAVAGE

I shifted my approach, becoming more intuitive, mindful and intentional with my workouts — which meant incorporating mindfulness into my content, perfecting the SAVAGE lifestyle.

Fixing my relationship with food helped me feel my best and changed my life. SAVAGE helps women on their healing journeys by providing guidance, inspiration and motivation through healthy recipes and community support.
